The opening and closing rank of JIPMER 2019 from previous year for OBC was 13 and 51 (Puducherry campus) & 64 and 240(Karaikal campus) which tells that with your rank its not possible to get a seat in any of the JIPMER this year.

It might hard to get jipmer college at that rank. Cause the closing rank for that college is very high and you don't qualify it. So it might be not possible to get that college.
