Hello Mohammed Nadeemullah , As you know BBA is a 3 year course plan . So According to your query , I don't think you can take direct admission to any college in 2nd year , you have to continue it from 1st year itself. 

Most of the universities doesn't allow this procedure , they have protocols which by which they would not take admission in 2nd year for BBA courses easily . 

But there are few colleges which might allow it in only critical condition . So I would suggest you to continue your study from your ongoing college instead of moving out .
