Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Karnataka.

On such rank and category you have some chances of getting the Private medical colleges with management seat for MBBS according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the closing rank was 222216 for government seat in Subbaiah Institute of Medical Science, Shimoga under Home state quota for SC category but for management seat it can go around 2.8-2.9 Lakhs or you can also get direct admission but the condition is you must have appeared in counselling and unable to secure any seat.
