With a score such as the one you have achieved, chances are
less that you'll get a seat, even while considering Sports Quota.
Scoring above 400 stands a fair chance in getting a seat in
NEET UG 2018. Scores above 500 are almost sure to secure a
seat in a government medical college
However in case you fail to secure a seat in a government
medical college or dental college you may consider taking
admission to a private medical college
In case you are willing to drop a year you may prepare once
again. With all due efforts and hard work I am sure you will be
able to secure a much better rank next year

Based upon your score in NEET 2018 , and the previous year cutoff chances are less for admission in government medical college under all india quota and state level quota.You may have chances in private college under state quota.
