No, you cannot get admission in MMMUT through JEE main irrespective of the percentile  obtained by you in jee main.

This is because,
Admission in MMMUT is not through JEE main rather it conducts in own college level entrance examination to provide admission in BTech

To be eligible for the entrance examination conducted by it you must pass your 12th board examination with at least 45% of marks or at least 40% if you are from SC/ST category and also must pass in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry without any grace marks with a minimum of 50% marks or at least 45% in case if you belong to SC/St category
