Can I get monthly salary while studying as a Residence Doctor in USA?

Hey there!

Considering you have cleared USMLE, and that you have completed your practise and successfully qualified for residency; you will certainly get a monthly salary. However, if you mean you are currently practising for a specialized field and that you haven't got your residency approved yet, it will be difficult for you to earn. You might get your visa sponsored (in outstanding cases, such as exceptionally high scores in USMLE or a highly respected recognition by a notable organization).
