Based on your CMR 4186 and OBC category rank 947, it may not be possible for you to get textile designing in NIFT kannur.

Last year the last rank to get admission in NIFT kannur for textile designing was 3921 in OBC category.

You may get textile designing in NIFT kangra.

Since you are an obc candidate so you can participate in the councelling process on the basis of your category merit rank .Bit since even your category merit rank is way too high so its difficult to put forward any specific prediction. But hope fully you might land up in nift kannur. You might not get textile design though. Generally textile design is a course in demand. For textile i believe you will have to reach out to nift srinagar or nift shillong.
