As you have mentioned that your obc ncl rank is 19,000 which indeed is very high and you have a domicile of Andhra pradesh.. But if we look over your rank its too high to get any of the NIT even under 85% state quota seats...
Therefore, your chances to get any seat in the csab special round is almost negligible..

But still hope for the best and attend the counselling..
