According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected in the range of 385534 - 264383. On the basis of such rank and category you cannot get any of the good NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some of the lower NITs enlisted in the link given below if and only if you deserves Home state quota for them enlisted in the link given below :-

But if you do not deserves Home state quota for them then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
