There are two types of OBC-NCL;

If you need OBC-NCL for central government education or jobs, then you can simply apply for it through me-seva by producing the required documents and a lawyer notary. You will get it within 1 week or so.

If you need OBC-NCL for the Telangana State education or jobs, then there is a separate format for it to apply which is available on TSPSC website. That certificate must be directly signed by MRO.
