Yes you will be able to get a private MBBS college for MBBS with a score of 442 in NEET UG 2019 even if you belong to the general catsgoca but the fees will be pretty high. It will be around 40 lacs and it will be a huge amount. I would advice you to take a drop instead. I hope this information was helpful!
