You can get in under Management quota because you belong to UP and this Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences is a Private Medical College of Punjab. Their fees structure for Management Quota is as given below:

1st year: 3,30,000 INR each installment, 2 installments
2nd year: 3,63,000 INR each installment, 2 installments
3rd year: 3,99,300 INR each installment, 2 installments
