Getting a job for B.Tech or M.Tech in India is categorized in two way:

1. ON-CAMPUS:- When you are having in well-reputed college like IITs, NITs, BITs, VIT and other state government college then you have more chance to get a job within your academic session. 

2.OFF-CAMPUS:- If want to take job through off-campus you need to crack several exams with your interest like if you want to go to PSUs sector then you have to clear GATE, IES,IAS and others

and if you want to pursue MBA courses then you have to crack CAT, XAT and others

and further you want to go for higher study in foreign universities then you have to be good score in GRE, TOEFL and others.
