If by refund you mean about the security money then yes ofcourse you will get refund if you will not be allotted any seat during the second round of counselling..

Your security money is safe and will be refunded.. So dont worry about that..

If you do not get any seat in the second round of NEET all India counselling then you will get a refund of your amount. However, the refund will be given to you only after the completion of the whole counselling procedure so you will have to wait until then.
