Firstly, you need to be a little more specific about which exam you are referring to considering the rank you mentioned. Still, I would like to let you know that if your SC category rank is 40365 then you have a very low possibility of admission in GFTIs but yet again you need to specify the concerned entrance exam. For example, if this rank was for JEE Mains then the possibility of a seat in GFTIs is different from any other state engineering entrance examination.
