Its quite difficult to predict that you'll get a seat in private medical college for this mark or not, as the cutoff for medical colleges were keep on changing every year depending upon various factors like total number of students appeared, top secured score, tie breakers, etc.

440 in BC-D category is not a bad score actually as per last year to get seats in private colleges especially in AP.
