Dear Rahul, in 2018, under State Quota 325 marks secured a seat in Tezpur Medical College under OBC Category. Niw this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year depending upon various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now in 2019, the general cut iffs increased by 15 marls which means 400 marks must have secred a seat in a Private Medical College. For you to secure a seat in a GMC in 2020, your ideal target should be nothing less than 500.
