Hey,

Buxi Jagabandhu Bidyadhar Autonomous College or BJB is an autonomous college which is situated in Bhubaneswar, Odhisha.

Sorry to say but your marks seems quite low to make you assure that you will match the cut off of English Honours in BJB college. The last cut off for the BA in English Honours from BJB college was 83.7% .

As you have scored very less that is 60% , so anything can't be said. If seats remain vacant so you might get one but the possibility for that is very low.
