With a score of 250 in NEET considering SC reservation, getting a seat in ESIC Medical College in the IP (Insured Persons) Quota is difficult but not impossible. The cutoff varies depending on the state, college and number of applicants every year. In earlier years, SC candidates in the IP quota needed around 280–320+ for better chances to take admission in prominent ESIC medical colleges.

However, with 250 marks, you might have a chance in less competitive ESIC colleges or during mop-up or stray rounds. It is advisable to participate in counselling and check state-wise ESIC IP quota cutoffs.
