The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. But as per the previous year cut off, with this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

You can try for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
