Yes yes absolutely....you can approach PSG College both privately and also through TNEA counselling ...you are more likely to get placed if you approach them privately...but your fees might be high...and if you try via TNEA admission...there might be higher competition..and the advantage is that if you get in by god's grace ..your fee structure might be low...compared to the management quota..
