As you have mentioned that you have secured 510 marks and taking into consideration you belong to general category so let me tell you that you should go through state quota only then it's possible to get a seat otherwise it's difficult.

Last year the cut off marks for Government medical colleges under unreserved category through All India Counseling was between 617-608. So based on this, it is quite difficult for you to get a government medical college. But you can get a management quota seat in deemed universities through All India Counseling for Deemed Universities.
