St John's medical college is located in Bangalore Karnataka. As you belong to state of Andhra pradesh you are not eligible for home state quota. However St John's medical college have All India general open merit through which you can apply. Last year the cutoff for this was AIR 15381. As you have scored 540 your rank will lie in between 8822 to 10322. so you may get a chance to join this college under general open merit quota.
