I am extremely sorry to tell you but 143 marks is not a good marks , its quite low and with this much marks you cannot get a seat in medical colleges,  not even in stray round. 

But you don't need to lose hope,   I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
