Can I get transfer certificate from school in 2020 if have completed my 12th in 2019?

If you have not taken your transfer certificate from your school after your 12 th then you can take your transfer certificate from your school. If it is available then your school will issue transfer certificate to you. You will have to write an application for issuance and procedure prescribed by your school.
