Venky is a reputed college. However DU offer seats based on your 12th percentage of top four subject including the core subject you want to do honours in and a language subject. You have a good score in PCM. Previous year cutoff for chemistry honours went to secound round upto 94.15 percent after that it was closed. S

Venkateswara College is one of the best colleges in South Campus, and also one of the leading colleges in India with decent crowd and placements. Thereby, the cutoffs are pretty high over here. In 2018, the cutoff for Chemistry Hons in Sri Venkateswara College closed at 94.66% in the second cutoff for general category.

You do have a chance over here, but it can't be exactly predicted as you are so close to the cutoff range. You need to wait for the actual cutoffs to be released from June, 2019.
