Yes you can appear for CDS exam after B. Tech in Cse department. But your age should between 19-24 years and you should have a bachelor degree. You can get both technical and non technical jobs in the army.

Yes you can give CDS beacuse for CDS you need just graduation.

But as you have done B.Tech in Computer Science you can give UES and as well as TGC for getting into Indian Army. For more details you can go to joinindianarmy.nic.in .

As you complete you training you will be commissioned after successful completion of your training as Lieutenant in the Indian Army.
