Hello Vinay,

Yes, you can.

It's not compulsory to have maths but if you are well averse with it then things get easier for you to understand.

Business mathematics is a subject in the CPT course.

The scoring subjects in CA have calculations and mathematics involved in it that is the practical papers. Though the basic calculator is allowed in the exam you need to know the basics of how things are happening or flowing.

Knowing the subject from beforehand is always an added advantage.

Hope this helps.

If you are not pursuing just because of Mathematics then reconsider it and purse it.

Hello Vinay Tyagi,

Yes you can. Mathematics is not mandatory for CA-CPT. Even students from science and humanities stream can appear for CA-CPT (Foundation). But you have to be familiar with basic maths as there is a subject in CPT called Quantitative Aptitude (Business Mathematics and statistics in new scheme).

Thanku.
