Yes, in most of the entrance exams let it be JEE main or NEET there is an option for you to choose the language of your paper that you are going to give. During application you will have to pick Hindi as your language preference for the exam.

Before the exam starts, the conducting body will ask you to choose from either English or Hindi. You'll have to click Hindi there and give a tick mark at the I agree part. When exam will begin, you'll see all your questions and options in Hindi language.
