Hope you are doing great ! Yes you need to have graduation only for appearing in upsc exam and as you have completed it from music so you will be eligible for your upsc exam ,it doesn't matter from which subject you have completed it and from which stream ,upsc ask for graduation only

UPSC - Union Public Service Commission is India's central agency which conducts exams like Civil Services Exam (CSE) to recruit candidates into top government services like IAS, IPS, IFS etc. UPSC recruits candidates to both civil services as well as defence services. The Civil Services Examination is a nationwide competitive examination in India conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment to higher Civil Services of the Government of India, including the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, and Indian Police Service. The candidates, opting for Indian Language medium for the written part of the Civil Services (Main) Examination may choose either the same Indian Language or English or Hindi as the medium for the interview. If you are graduate in Music studies. you are eligible for UPSC Exam.

2022 Eligibility :

1. The candidate must be a citizen of India
2. Candidates UPSC IAS age limit must be between  21 to 32 years.
3. Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree from Government recognized Universities or possess an equivalent qualification.
4. In their final year or awaiting results, candidates are also eligible to appear for UPSC preliminary Examination.
