No, one cannot  give jee advance without appearing for jee mains as only those students who qualify jee mains are allowed to appear in jee advance.  But you don't need to care about these things as you can fill jee mains form even now as  application form for January session for jee has been extended till 10th October.  Candidates can fill application via online mode. So just fill it now but the last date passes as it's 5th October today.

Without the jee main examination qualified you are not allowed to write the jee advanced examination.

Because the jee advanced examination will be based on merit list of jee main examination only

According to my suggestion write the entrance examination of your state board
