Yes, sure you can give JEE Main exam in the year 2020 if you have passed your 12th exam in the year 2018.

• As per NTA guidelines you can give JEE Main exam For 3 consecutive years, i.e. 2018,2019,2020.
• But for JEE Advanced you get only 2 attempts, i.e. 2018 and 2019.

Earlier, you could give JEE examination for 3 times, i.e., you had 3 attempts to clear the exam. However, now a person can give the exam 6 times (two times a year- January and April). However, the only catch is you cannot leave a gap in between. The number of attempts should be in consecutive years. You can give exam in 2020 if you have attempted in 2018 and 2019 as well.
