No, you cannot.

It's not a valid thing to do. Please stick to either Maharashtra board or CBSE board for your class 12th exams.

Both are the different boards, you can not apply for both of them simultaneously & it is not allowed also. You can apply any one of them board in one time.

No, you cannot give exams of two different boards together as you will have to choose either Maharashtra or CBSE board. So choose the one smartly.
