If you want to give improvement exam u should try in first attempt or same year.
U already taken a year, u need to write either Full Subjects or Fail Subject in Board.

What about NIOS on demand exam. I will give 4 subjects Physics, chemistry, maths, English. And electronics 1 and 2 will be in transfer of credit. Can I do that. I need 75% or above in any recognized board for admission in IIT. Pls help me any way you can

U need to score good marks that's it. U can get admission for 2019.

No you cannot give.

Improvemnt exam can only be given in succeeding year of passing 12th which in this case was 2018.

Hence you cannot appear for 2019 attempt in improvement exam.
