Any male candidate from any stream is eligible to pursue NDA exam . Exception is when you want to join navy or airforce for that subjects like physics nd mathematics are compulsory. For army their is no restriction of subjects.

NDA which is national defence academy exam is conducted to recruit candidates for three services - the army
The navy
The airforce
So being a commerce student you can still pursue NDA.
