Just few minutes back i answered a very similar question by my research and best of knowledge. So, I will try to answer this question in similar way.

You are asking that are you eligible for NEET 2022 or not if your date of birth is 4th April 2005.

See, the minimum age required for NEET is 17 years, however there is no any upper age limit for NEET as of now. And one more important thing you must know is that the age calculated by 31th December in the year aspirant is appearing for the exam.

Now, if we try to calculate your age by the 31th December 2022  then your age will be 17 years 8 months and 27 days.

So, you can sit in NEET exam as your age is over 17 years old.
