Although they have test centres all across India, you will have to create a login and check the list of places where you may opt to give your test. The list of test centres citywise is available only upon login. So please create your account and check the list of places where you can give your TOEFL.

TOEFL test can be given in every state there are centers allotted and you can find the nearest one.
