If you are in the final year of your B.com then yes you are eligible to appear for CAT exam. CAT is entrance test meant for admissions in MBA colleges across India and as MBA is an post graduation course so for it you first need to complete your graduation from any stream, if you are in the last semester of your b.com or your result is not announced then also you can appear for CAT on providing proper proofs regarding it.
