Hello Dear

Yeah definitely you will be able to go for the JEE mains as well the JEE Advanced entrance exam since you have done the diploma then you have to keep one thing in your mind that after doing the diploma you can't be able to take the admission in the Institute's like Nit / CFTI colleges etc. Right after you cleared the cuttoff for the JEE mains, you will directly be eligible for the JEE Advanced and based upon your respective category cuttoff you may be Abel to take the admission in IITs Institute's as a Class 12th passed student .
