See if you want to upgrade your seat in any other good college or branch according to your preferences through REAP so you can choose Upward movement and note that if you choose this option there will be no need to report to the college for the seat allotted earlier. But note that when you will be allotted seat in upward movement then you have to report to that institution to confirm your seat.
