You have not mentioned the about  the course for which you are asking

In case if you are asking about courses like BSc , bcom etc then yes you can get into a good college without any entrance exam, provided you score good percentage in your class 12th board examination

For example , DU i.e Delhi university is one of the best university you can get in India for your graduation and DU offers admission in bsc , bcom etc based on your marks obtained by you in class 12th board examination.
