Actually No, you can't get any free seat.

No matter what rank anyone got in the EAMCET, there is no free seat.

Even if u get rank 1 or rank 10k it doesn’t matter.The free seat depends upon the college you join reservation, Family income, etc. Those students who satisfy these requirements will get free seats.
