Yes, you can get admission into SVS medical college with the marks that you have scored in NEET. 

The official cut-off has not been released yet but based on the previous years' cut-offs, the average marks range for general category was 691-119 for 2018 and 697-131 for 2017, these marks may vary this year however you have scored well and have good chances og getting a seat.
