Now, it depends on your category and the cutoffs of your state. So, as of now you can get BHMS if you belong to sc/st/obc.  But if you belong to general/unreserved category you must look into private colleges. This is for BHMS. But for Veterinary courses, it is slightly difficult as there are only 550 seats which are filled through NEET score and you need more than 500 for a seat.
