Yes you can definitely do . here are a few tips for increasing your percentile score .
First of all work on your strengths and not on your weakness i.e those chapters at which you are strong and confident revise at first . Try solving three hours question papers (i would suggest you to solve previous year papers) each day , this will build your sitting power and you will not feel exhausted during the exam . Work on your inorganic as that is the only part which can fetch you marks on your learning ability, learn topics like everyday chemistry , bio -molecules and try to at least read the ncert of all the organic chapters as for mains only it will help. For mathematics I would suggest you to do algebra since the pattern of questions coming from this particular section is almost similar to those of past year questions . Also if you can do try to learn coordinate geometry . Make a formula sheet in the form of table and take a look on it everyday . This way you can find the chapters for physics according to your strength , like for me modern physics is quite easy , most of the times a question from units and dimensions is also seen in exams given on the last page of your ncert, and it hardly takes 1 hr to prepare units and dimensions.
