Hello Pooja

Yes, any one in the army can. Infact many of the special forces operatives are from medical corps.

Special forces is a volunteer regiment, that is anyone in the army can volunteer to join it.

Regimental Medical Officer (RMO). This refers to a MBBS qualified doctor from the Army Medical Corp (AMC) who serves with an infantry battalion and has a small support staff in form of Nursing Assistants.

In case of Para Infantry battalions, the RMO is para qualified and has undergone the probation training applicable for others to earn the Para Wings.
