Yes you can apply for dummy in class 12th.

There are many schools that provide provision of dummy classes in 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th. Students just need to attend practical and take exams. The only difficult task is that your school should provide this provision, if not you will need to change your school. Changing school in 12th is very tedious task.
