I think you should judge this from the last year counselling list . It will give you the best idea which college can give you entrance for CSE and which would be most suitable to you. I think you should keep an eye on these institutes like in CBIT, Vasavi, Gokaraju, VNR, Narayanamma. JNTU is also on the list so you may get CSE there.
