Veterinary 15% quota seats admission is through AIPVT on the basis of NEET UG score and rest of 85% seats admission is through state level entrance Exam. The admission also differs state to state.

No there is  no any college is available to join in veterinary without any entrance. To get admitted in veterinary college you should be cleared the neet exam.
