To answer your answer question , I am extremely sorry to say that through MHT- CET examination you cannot get into INA. As MHT-CET only used to get admission for technical courses and pharmacy.

MHT CET marks are used to get admission for the B.E/B.Tech courses which are offered by the participating colleges and this marks are not useful to to join in the INA.
